The trail of lies and deception of corrupt and greedy Conservators/Guardians in Oreg

Colleen Patterson:   Was titled  Guardian/ Conservator/or Professional Fiduciary until numerous bankruptcies/liens were revealed.  After a short period of time, the Multnomah County Probate Court allowed her to resume "business as usual".   she resumed her role as Conservator as well as continuing as Guardian. 

Public Records show her address as  1540 SE Ladd 97214.  That address was the address where one of her victims, Virginia Romain Taylor lived.  Tayler was placed in a home by Patterson and Patterson took over her residence and continues to reside there

Patterson was listed on the webpage of the Oregon Secretary of State (around 2010ish)  under Metro Self Sufficiency Project. She acquired status as a "charity" which she purported helped adolescents with issues like homelessness etc. None of this was true,  The Secretary of State changed her status.  I am not sure if she was fined or not for trying to evade taxes.
